Once you are signed up, you can add a child and complete a screening.
When you are finished, please email: heidi@childdevelopmentreview.com and we will send you the results which include a summary page for professionals, the parent’s answers to open ended questions and possible problems checklist, the child’s results of “typical,” “borderline” or “delayed” in five areas, and a Child Development Chart to share with parents (cumulative results available as well after subsequent screenings).
Costs for online screening are $1 per screening with a $200 set up fee.
